• Cycle: monthly / quarterly / a custom number of days
• Introductory offer: a special price for the first cycle
• Minimum term: the fewest cycles someone must commit to
• Retry on failure: how many days later to retry a failed charge, and how many times

Customers can pause or cancel from their account area.

Question: What happens when a charge fails?

The system retries automatically according to your retry rules. Once every attempt has failed, the subscription moves to overdue and the customer is emailed to update their payment method.
