Whether to moderate

You can set reviews to moderate before publishing — new reviews are hidden by default and go public once you approve them. This suits a course that has just launched and is still being adjusted.

Not moderating at all reads as more genuine, but be ready for negative reviews.

Question: Can I delete a bad review?

Technically yes, but it isn't advised. A course page with nothing but five stars invites suspicion; a thoughtful reply to a negative review is usually more persuasive than removing it.
