What is zenbu webinar?
zenbu webinar is a platform for running live webinars through your LINE Official Account.
Conventional streaming platforms (YouTube, Google Meet) solve the problem of how to broadcast. What they won't do for you:
- Notify your audience over LINE when you go live
- Automatically track who signed up and who actually watched
- Send a follow-up message after the stream to sell the next course
- Push that audience into Meta Pixel for remarketing ads
That layer — the communication and marketing automation around the broadcast — is what zenbu webinar does.
One webinar, end to end
Use case: a free "AI × E-commerce Growth Camp" talk that sells a course
Say you're running "Build Your First Online Store: YouTube Live Debut" — a free 90-minute talk whose purpose is to sell the NT$2,490 12-week advanced course that follows.
- Create the session — under Webinar management → Sessions, add a session, link it to the YouTube live URL, and set it for 8pm next Thursday
- Share the signup link — the system generates a LIFF signup URL. Paste it into your LINE Official Account welcome message, the "Sign up now" button on your sales page, and your Meta ad landing page
- People sign up — they tap the link, and on both desktop and mobile are guided through LINE sign-in and adding you as a friend (see sales page button setup), then give their name and email to register
- Automated nurture — the message automation kicks in: LINE messages go out at signup, 1 day later and 2 days later, lifting attendance
- Go-live reminders — LINE pushes countdown reminders 1 day, 1 hour and 10 minutes before you start
- The stream begins — people tap the LINE reminder to enter the live room. On the Live messages page in the admin you see audience comments in real time and can reply as the instructor
- The stream ends — the system works out who attended and who left halfway from watch duration, and tags them accordingly ("superfan", "watched deeply")
- Follow-up and selling — the post-stream follow-up flow starts: the replay 30 minutes later, a check-in on their progress after 2 days, and a 50% early-bird offer on the advanced course after 5 days
- Ad remarketing — ad tracking events push that audience into Meta Pixel as Lead / CompleteRegistration events, so you can run lookalike campaigns against them

Four ways to stream
Each session can use a different method:
| Type | Best for |
|---|---|
| YouTube | Public sessions, when you have a YouTube channel and expect an audience in the thousands |
| Google Meet | Highly interactive small workshops of 100 or fewer where people can unmute |
| Built-in streaming | zenbu's own system — under 1 second of latency, the instructor streams straight from a browser, and attendees can turn on their cameras |
| Pre-recorded | A video recorded in advance, played out on schedule as if live, with optional interaction scripts |
Question: What about Zoom?
Zoom integration is temporarily hidden because of the LINE Marketplace review process, so it doesn't appear in the admin menu. It will return to the list once that opens up.
The questions people ask first
Question: Can I use this if I can't write code?
Yes, no coding at all. The entire system is operated from a web admin — typing, choosing options, uploading files. Nothing requires code.
The only part where you may want an engineer (or Zenbu technical support) is the one-off setup connecting your LINE Official Account, which takes about 10 minutes. Day-to-day operation after that is all yours.
Question: Do I need my own YouTube account?
It depends how you want to stream:
- YouTube Live → a Google account (details here), plus live streaming enabled on YouTube
- Google Meet → also a Google account; one authorization covers both YouTube and Meet
- Pre-recorded → no external account at all; record it and upload to the media library
- Built-in streaming → no external account needed, enabled directly in the admin
Question: How many people can attend one stream?
zenbu webinar imposes no attendee limit. The real ceiling comes from the underlying platform you use:
- YouTube: no limit
- Google Meet: 100–500 (depending on your Google Workspace plan)
- Pre-recorded / built-in streaming: bounded by server capacity, typically 1000+
